Why I Chose These 5 Strengths

Futuristic

Futuristic was the first one that caught my eye and it makes sense given how I always look for a way to advance methods or see what the future will be! I tend to not be very creative but when it comes to what I think the future can be like it can really open up. This one has to be first on the list.

Command

Command is one that also seemed to have made more sense after my time in the Army. I was typically the person to try and help those around me clear up info and give guidance on what to do next. This probably helped push me into leadership roles very early on in that career!

Individualization

This one went hand in hand with Command and being in the Army as well! It was very helpful to put people on tasks that fit how they worked or how they thought. The downside is that the Army didn't like people being "individuals" so that was a conflict with people higher up than I. Worked out in the end though!

Deliberative

I picked Deliberative since I try to always take into risks or potential troubles with any tasks into account and plan for them to happen or mitigate them. This has helped me a lot in life when moving or doing most big things as many obstacles tend to happen but they were planned for and not as suprising. There still have been times when things completely out of left field have happened though and I just had to truck on.

Input

I picked Input because I do like gathering a lot of data! I think having a lot of input/data can give me a lot more information to make decisions and come to conclusions. I have always been a horder of knowledge and info so this fit well.

What I Want to Develop Next

Activator is the main one I would work on. I tend to not be quick to start new things as I dont want my plate to be to full and have lot of unfinished projects. I also have a tendacy to procrastinate and want to do things I want to do over things that need to be done and that could put me on time crunches like with our current move! It usually all works out in the end though just adds a couple more grey hairs.
